New to Pilates? Come along for an initial session to learn the foundations of Pilates.

Joseph Pilates mapped out eight important principles of the Pilates Method: control, breath, flowing movement, precision, centering, stability, range of movement, and opposition. It is from these principles that movements will then be taught. Mainly on a mat with small bits of equipment.
