What to expect.

A 45 minute initial consultation will include an in depth conversation and assessment to help diagnose your injury. Followed by clinical reasoning to tailor your treatment and recovery plan. This may include hands on treatment, advice, education, and rehabilitation exercises. To help with injuries such as knee pain, hip pain, back pain, shoulder pain, and more.

Sports Massage

What to expect.

A 55 minute deep tissue session to reduce muscle tension, break down adhesions, mobilise soft tissues, and reduce pain. Sports massage can be used for targeting any problem areas as well as relaxation. It doesn’t need to be for sports players, it has a huge role remedially too, such as post-surgery working with scar sites and scar tissue.
